  • He filed a separate $150 million defamation lawsuit against the McClatchy Company and others in April 2019. 
  • He sued political journalist Ryan Lizza and Hearst Magazines, the publisher of Esquire, alleging that a 2018 Esquire story had damaged his reputation in September 2019.
