This Sunday (29th November 2020) was the broadcast of the final of Mexicana Universal, a contest headed by Lupita Jones in which 31 women from different states of the Republic competed for four places: Mexicana Universal, Mexicana Universal Hispanoamericana, Miss Charm Internacional, and Nuestra Latinoamericana Universal Mexico. Andrea Meza, named Mexicana Universal 2020 and representative of Mexico in the next edition of Miss Universe, avoided the controversy and, along with the other contestants, thanked her mentor for the support.
