Joshua Jon Cullen is an England born-Irish professional football player. He currently plays for Burnley and the Republic of Ireland national team. His playing position is a midfielder. 

Josh Cullen started playing football for the youth team of West Ham United in 2005 and began his career at the club. He was then loaned to three different clubs: Bradford City, Bolton Wanderers, and Charlton Athletic. In October 2020, he joined Belgian First Division A side Anderlecht on a permanent deal until 30 June 2023, after fifteen years at West Ham, and went on to win two seasons at the club. In July 2022, he signed for Burnley on a three-year contract, for an undisclosed fee.


On the international level, born in England, Josh Cullen represents the Republic of Ireland at the international level. Having played for England U16s, he later opted to represent the Republic of Ireland and played for the U19 and U21 teams. In March 2019, he received his first international call-up to the senior Republic of Ireland national team. He made his senior international team debut for the Republic of Ireland on 10 September 2019.
