She says the experience, with her children Darcey, 14, and Billy, 11, on their first drive out without husband Derek, was 'utterly terrifying.' Posting photos from the scene she wrote: "Thanks to our amazing saviors Liz and Mark from @kentpoliceuk who rescued me after a full tyre blow out on the motorway!!! "Never had one before - utterly terrifying." She returned to Good Morning Britain after being given compassionate leave to look after her family while former Labour advisor Derek fought COVID-19.
