Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio known for his stage name Bad Bunny is a famous Puerto Rican rapper, singer, as well as songwriter. He is best known as a Puerto Rican trap and reggaeton artist and also known for his deep, slurred vocal style.  Also, he is considered the best trap artist of the current generation. Though his songs are predominantly in Latin or Spanish, world-renowned musicians like Enrique Iglesias have featured Bad Bunny in their respective songs.  He is also credited with making Latin trap popular among music lovers across the world. Bad Bunny Early Life & Family

Bad Bunny was born Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio on 10th March 1994. He was born and raised in Almirante Sur, Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. He was raised by his parents Benito Martinez (father), a Truck Driver, and Lysaurie Ocasio Declet (mother), a school teacher, along with his two younger brothers named Bernie Martinez and Bysael Martinez. He started singing at a very young age after listening to an album by the famous reggaeton rapper, Vico C. Bad Bunny had decided that he wanted to be a singer when he was five years old. At the age of 13, he started writing songs and even produced some of his own songs. 

He holds American nationality and belongs to the Puerto Rican (Hispanic) ethnic group. His zodiac sign is Pisces. His religious faith is in Christianity.

Bad Bunny attended The University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo and studied audiovisual communication. But, he dropped out of the university to focus on his musical career. Previously, Bad Bunny has also dated his high school sweetheart Carliz de la Cruz from 2011 to 2017. As per some sources, the pair allegedly worked at the Econo supermarket together in Vega Baja before his career took off in 2016. However, the pair parted ways due to some unknown reasons in 2017. 

He was also rumored to be dating singer Rosalia when they shared adorable photos of them posing together on Instagram in 2019. Also, they sparked dating rumors following the release of their song released their song "La Noche de Anche" in February 2021.
