She began to cover playoff basketball on TNT in 2005. In 2016, Pam became a correspondent for the sports TV show, "60 Minutes Sports". - She joined the sports television network on ESPN in 1983, then joined Fox Sports in 1995, where she worked as a sideline reporter with the network's number-one broadcast team.
- Similarly, she joined as a sideline reporter for their NBA Playoffs coverage in TNT in 2005, and she worked as a Sideline Reporter for the NBA Playoffs on TNT until 2009.
- Thenceforth, Fox moved her to the network's #2 NFL broadcasting team on 14th July 2014, whereas Fox extended her sideline reporting job with the #2 team in the early of 2015 through the 2016 season. She continued in that role for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 seasons.
