An American actress, Dawn Elberta Wells was professionally known as Dawn Wells. She was well recognized for her role as Mary Ann Summers on the CBS sitcom "Gilligan's Island". She gained the title of Miss Nevada after competing in the Miss America pageant and made her TV debut in a 1961 episode of "The Everglades", playing the character Piney. She had also endeavored as a producer, author, teacher, motivational speaker, journalist, and spokesperson. Her over five decades-long careers in the world of glamour and entertainment saw Wells performing in various films, TV programs, and onstage productions with equal elan. She was also a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. But sadly, we lost her on 30th December 2020 at the age of 82. Death of Dawn Wells

Dawn Wells, who played the wholesome Mary Ann among a misfit band of shipwrecked castaways on the 1960s sitcom "Gilligan's Island", died on 30th December 2020 Wednesday of causes related to Covid-19, her publicist said. She was 82. Wells died peacefully at a living facility in Los Angeles, publicist Harlan Boll said. We are sorry for your loss.

Dawn Wells took birth on 18th October 1938 with the real name or full name of Dawn Elberta Wells in Reno, Nevada, U.S. She held an American nationality and American-white ethnicity. Similarly, she was from Christianity religion and her race was white. She was born to Joe Wesley and Evelyn Wells as her father owned a local Reno shipping company called "Wells Cargo" (not the trailer manufacturer). She attended Reno High School as well as attended Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, where she majored in chemistry.   • Analogously, she had starred guest stars on "Wagon Train", "Tales of Wells Fargo", "87th Precinct", "Surfside 6", "Hawaiian Eye", Ripcord" and many others.
