How could I say no?".

The two started seeing each other earlier in mid-2017. They were seen together several times. Rumors regarding their affairs escalated through time. Lemon finally settled the rumors. He confirmed their relationship publicly kissing Tim Malone on CNN New Year's Live show on 1 January 2018.
