As Gemma, 38, begged the surgeon to 'suck the fat out of her face', she boasted of her 2.5st weight loss. Jonathan is stunned as Gemma strips off and he laughs: "You did not lose 28 pounds!"
Determined to show off her transformation Gemma whipped off her dress to reveal her slimming Spanx shapewear."You're lying now, why are you always lying? You always add 20 to that, you did not lose 28lbs!" he screeched. "Look at my body!" Gemma demanded as she directed the surgeon Dr. Simon Ourian to suck out fat from her waist to give her a better shape.

Jonathan Cheban was born on 21 February 1974 in the Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. He grew up in Fort Lee, New Jersey and holds American nationality with Jewish ethnicity.
