Trisha Yearwood was born in Monticello, Georgia on September 19, 1964. She grew up with his father Jack Howard Yearwood a local banker and mother Gwendolyn who was a Schoolteacher and her two brothers Adam Thomas and Scott Thomas. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee attending Belmont college and pursued a music degree in 1985. She before had also received an associate degree in business from Young Harris College and then attended the University of Georgia for one semester before dropping out. She had a strong feeling about music since her childhood so, used to participate in various music events and talent show held by her school, church, and community.
