Daichi Kamada is a professional football player from Japan who plays as an attacking midfielder for the Bundesliga Club, Eintracht Frankfurt. He also plays for the Japanese National Team. Prior to joining the Japanese senior team, Daichi played for the Japanese U23 and U21 in 2016. Daichi made his senior international debut in 2019.

Early Career

  • Daichi Kamada began playing football at Kids FC in 2008 and helped the team win TV Ehime Cup Dhime Prefectural Youth Soccer championship-12.
  • In 2009, he joined Gamba Osaka and was then selected for U13 J League.
  • Afterward, he joined Higashiyama High School in 2012. For the school team, he scored 20 goals in 18 appearances in the 2013 season and was the captain of the school football team in 2014.


Club Career

  • Daichi joined the J League club, Sagan Tosu in November 2014.
  • Later on, he briefly served as a loan player for J.League U-22 at the beginning of the 2015 season.
  • In April 2015, he returned to Tosu and made his J.League Cup debut against Albirex Niigata.
  • After a month, he faced Matsumoto Yamaga in his J.League debut and scored his debut goal in the same match.
  • Daichi received the New Hero Awards of the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup for his first five appearances of the season.
