- In 2009, she reached the semifinals of both the French Open and the Wimbledon Championships in girls' doubles competitions.
- After defeating former Wimbledon finalist Eugenie Bouchard in the qualifiers, Martina made her Grand Slam debut at the Australian Open in 2020. She successfully qualified for the main draw before losing in straight sets against Sofia Kenin, the eventual champion.
