On 3rd November 1995, Shrinkhala Khatiwada was born in Hetauda, Province No. 3 in Nepal. She was born to Birodh Khatiwada and Mumu Sigdel, her parents. Her father is a CPN (UML) leader, elected as a member of the central parliament from Hetauda Constituency No. 2, whereas her mother is the President of CPN (UML), Makawanpur District and also a member of the state parliament of Province No 3.
