An English actress, singer, and dancer, Valentine Ruth Henshall is professionally known as Ruthie Henshall. She is well recognized for her work in musical theatre. She was part of the original London cast of Miss Saigon in 1989-1990, and portrayed Roxie Hart in both the London and Broadway performances of "Chicago".  She made her debut at a local production before joining a touring production of "A Chorus Line". She started her professional stage career in 1986, before making her West End debut in "Cats" in 1987. A five-time Olivier Award nominee, she won the 1995 Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Amalia Balash in the London revival of "She Loves Me" (1994). It was confirmed in 2020 that Henshall would be participating in the twentieth series of "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here". She was eliminated on 29th November, finishing in 11th place. Recently, Ruthie became the second person to leave the castle and declared: "That was brutal."
