About Tyga
Tyga is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, and TV personality. He is famous for his major label debut album "Careless World: Rise of the Last King" which included the successful singles "Rack City", "Faded" (featuring Lil Wayne), "Far Away" (featuring Chris Richardson), "Still Got It" (featuring Drake), and "Make It Nasty". The album was followed by Hotel California (2013), The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty (2015), BitchImTheShit2 (2017), Kyoto (2018), and Legendary (2019). He began his music career with his debut mixtape, "Young On Probation" in 2007 and after that, he signed a recording contract with Young Money Entertainment, Cash Money Records, and Republic Records in 2008. "No Introduction" is the name of his first music album released on June 10, 2008, by Decaydance. He made his film debut playing the role of a student in the movie Mac & Devin Go to High School (2012). He first appeared in the TV series "Backstage Pass" in 2008 as himself. Outside of his music career, he has made a cameo in the 2017 film Once Upon a Time in Venice and took part in the 2021 series of The Masked Singer.

Tyga was welcomed by his parents on November 19, 1989. He is from Compton, California, United States. Tyga is not his birth name but Micheal Ray Stevenson is the full name of this rapper. - Tyga entered his music career by releasing his debut mixtape titled "Young On Probation" in 2007. During that time, he also formed the record label G.E.D. Inc. (Grinding every day, Getting every dollar, or Getting educated daily).
- His first independent album, "No Introduction" was released on June 10, 2008. The album was preceded by the singles "Coconut Juice", and "Diamond Life".
- In late 2008, Tyga signed a new record deal with Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment. He then released the mixtape "Fan of a Fan" with singer Chris Brown and producers DJ Ill Will and DJ Rockstar.

- On July 24, 2015, his reality show "Kingin' with Tyga" premiered on MTV2. On September 7, 2016, Kanye West announced that Tyga was signed to his GOOD Music imprint, under the aegis of Def Jam Recording.
- In 2017, he starred as Jamal Elliot in the third season of the VH1 slasher television series, "Scream" which premiered in 2019.
